Late Cancellation Policy and No-Show Policy
In order to achieve this high standard of service, I have implemented a Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy. This policy enables me to maintain my competitiveness and the ability to offer more appointments for clients to start or continue their time with me.

How to Reschedule or Cancel Your Appointment
I understand that life sometimes gets in the way of things and you cannot keep your appointment.

Should that be the case, as soon as you know you cannot keep your appointment, please call me on +61402804166 or use the Online Booking link in the emailed appointment confirmation. If you cannot reach me, please leave a detailed SMS message giving your name, appointment time and date along with contact telephone number.

I will gladly cancel or reschedule your appointment to a more convenient date and time.

24 hours BEFORE your appointment, I will send you an email reminder to the inbox of the address given to me by you in the Client Contact History Form.

Please be considerate and call me immediately on +61402804166 if you are unable to arrive on time to an appointment. If it is necessary to cancel your appointment or reschedule to a future date, I require at least 24 hours notice in advance so please contact me immediately if you need to change your appointment.

If no reply is received I cannot guarantee your appointment will be available should you arrive. I consider no response as an indication of a ’No-Show’ and subject to my No-Show Policy (see below). I may schedule another client from the waiting list into that appointment.
It is important that I have your current mobile phone number and email address, so if there are any changes to your details contact me immediately so I can ensure I can reach you at all times.

Late Cancellation Policy
Any appointment that is rescheduled or cancelled on the day of the appointment will be considered a ‘Late Cancellation’ and will incur a $50 Late Cancellation fee which will be taken from your deposit or before further services are provided.

If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within an hour of the scheduled appointment time, a $100 Late Cancellation fee will be incurred and payable at the next appointment.

No-Show Policy
A ’No-Show’ is a client who misses an appointment without contacting me prior to their appointment. ‘No-shows’ severely impact my business and my other clients. A failure to arrive at the appointment will be deemed a ’No-Show’ and incur a No-Show fee of the total service price booked, payable prior to any other appointments.

Subsequent ‘No-Shows’ may lead to my refusal to accept future appointments and being added to a blacklist.

You must pay for all services you’ve received as expected.
